1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Velmont Chambers ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on velmontchambers.com and its pages (the "Website"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and device fingerprinting. They can be used to make a website work, to remember your choices, to measure how a website is used, or to track you across websites for advertising.
3. Our approach in brief
We keep our Website deliberately light. At the date of this policy:
We do not place any cookies on your device when you browse the Website.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels, retargeting tags or any cross-site tracking.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool that identifies you or follows you across sessions.
We do not embed third-party content (such as videos, maps or booking widgets) that sets its own cookies.
Because of this, the Website does not display a cookie consent banner. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.

6. Legal basis
We designed the Website so that browsing it does not involve storing information on, or reading information from, your device for tracking purposes. Accordingly:
India: No personal data is collected through cookies, so no consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is sought for cookies. Personal data you submit through the contact form is processed as set out in our Privacy Policy.
European Union and United Kingdom: Consent under the ePrivacy Directive and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations is required only for non-essential cookies and similar device storage. As the Website sets none, no consent banner is shown.
